One sided headache with neck pain
I have a headache on the left side of my head and the upper neck for almost a year now. the pain starts from my forehead and behind the eyes to the upper neck. sometimes i can't move my neck.

Such symptoms are mostly due to Migraine. Very rarely, it could be due to something significant like a tumor etc. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
