One sided Headache

I have sinus.. Maximum time i have one sided headache and have mild fever. To get relieve I take saridon and balms, but I want to know is it due to sinus or not. Also after travelling a long distance I get headache. Any medicines that can give me relief from this and let me know what is the reason...

Hello....... You have sinusitis ,if you have this problem from long time it could be allergic.. And because of sinutis ➡deprived sleep you can get headaches ... Avoid allergens and take steam inhalation twice daily.. Consult ent specialist once I'm nearest hospital.
