One nose is always block
Sir i want to convey that i have been suffering from the one nose block every time and blood usually come from one nose and at night sound also come from my nose.

There are many causes for nasal obstruction with associated bleeding such as nasal polyps, tumors, deviated nasal septum with nasal septal injury/ulceration etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
