One Fallopian tube blocked

My wife's one fallopian tube is blocked and doctor prescribed the following medicine Combutol/Ethambutol 800 tablet Cobadex Forte Capsule R-cinex 450 Capsule Pharmacist told me that the is for TV. Is it OK to blocked fallopian tubes. Suggest some alternative treatment.
