Is there any medication?
Uterine cavity appears normal. No filling defect is noted. No uterine anomaly noted. Right fallopian tube is well opacified and appear normal in caliber. Limited peritoneal spill seen . Left fallopian tube is not opacified . IMPRESSION : Left tubal block . Limited peritoneal spill from right tube -- ? peri-tubal adhesions . Is there any medication for this ??
