On & off Chest pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I’ve had on & off chest pain for a couple of years now and something weird has changed. I’m gonna pre warn you everyone I’ve asked n explained it too thinks I’m crazy. Best way I can describe what it feels like is a muscle spasm, you know like ones you get in calf where you can see & feel the muscle flex? Okay that but on the left side of my left breast.
