On depression
I am experiencing the signs and symptoms of depression. But is it depression or any other thing ? I crave for good company i.e good relationships,friends . Nobody understands me and to be frank i myself don't understand me. I am going through the worst phase in my life , boredom ,no friends ,no productive time .I am wasting my life ,time nd youth life . I feel lonely nd depressed. Feeling of being rejected by people nd any other things .. what should be done ?

It seems that ur self confidence level is going down U must Consult psychologist as soon as possible.Counselling sessions will help u to regain ur confidence level so that u can perform normal activities and can combat depression.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
