On and off pain in the abdomen

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I have been feeling bloated and having pain in the lower abdomen on and off. Some times i feel pain in the anal region also. It comes and goes by itself. I did self examination by my finger and found a small mass inside my rectum. All these days i was thinking that its because of acidity i am feeling pain, but even after taking antacids I am not getting relief. After reading an article about colon cancer in a magazine I am fearing something is wrong in my colon. Pls help
