  4. On and off fever. The possible reason?

On and off fever
My daughter is 3, having on and off fever since last night. She was very active until then, sudden fever after 10pm. Dint give any medicines, she slept almost ok throughout the night. What could be the possible reason? FYI, None in family has any COVID symptoms. No positive cases in family or nearby recently

Give her pcm syrup evry 6 th hrly in between if der is fever do tepid sponging.
