May I know Dr prescribed me omident tooth paste , can I use life long this tooth paste or may I know wat different between other tooth paste and omident may I know.
If I use life long omident tooth paste if cause any problems may I let me know.
Or else can I use himalaya paste .

Kindly clarify if it’s Omident or Omnidebt. You seem to have made a spelling error. If it’s omnident the doctor may have given it to prevent bleeding gums.
It contains fluoride which strengthens teeth and fights against dental cavities. It also has Zinc sulphate and Alum that reduces gum bleeding. Triclosan in Omnident gel is an anti-septic substance which kills odour producing bacteria in the mouth and also prevents the formation of plaque.
You do not have to use it lifelong unless your gum bleeding issue is sorted.
Next Steps
If it’s a bleeding issue then get through oral prophylaxis done by a dental surgeon near you. And maintain a good oral hygiene.
