Omge 3 fatty acid
I am vegan so can someone please guide me how I can intake adequate omega 3 fatty acid? Is 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil enough everyday?

Hi, Yes you can have flaxseed oil, but there are other food source from which you can get omega 3 fatty acid, like almond, Fenugreek,  soyabean, different kinds of edible seeds  etc and even cooking refined oil is also good source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Hi The amount of omega-3 fatty acids in 1 tbsp flax seeds are enough for a day. But you can have a variety also. The omega -3 rich foods are soyabean, avocado , walnuts also. Rest you can consult directly with all your details.
