Can I take Omeprazole 20 mg tablet 2 time .. in morning and in evening a day for severe acidity for short term .. 1 tablet is not giving me full day relief

Yes you can take omeprazole 20mg twice for 7 days. Do not use for than 7 days. Kindly consult before self medication.

Yes you can take it there is no harm. In Heartburn and acid reflux it is 20mg to 40mg a day. Its better to consult Gastroenterology than self medication for prolonged period.
