  4. Omega 3 supplement. It a good decision?

Omega 3 supplement
My Son is 2 year old. Due to early delivery, I was unable to give Omega 3 supplement to him thru' my Wife in last quarter of pregnancy Now I started giving him Omega 3 supplement named Brainwise. Is it a good decision? I hope there is no harm in it.

It's not essential to supplement omega 3 fatty acids if the child has a balanced nutrition... so u need not worry about the same
