Hello, you will be needing oral medicines to take care of acne and oiliness. Along with that topical medications like retinoids and peeling sessions will help to clear your face. Just using aloe vera is never going to help as it does not tackle root cause of acne or oiliness. Ditto with baking soda! Such 'therapies' are not dermatologist recommended and may further irritate your skin. Kindly visit a dermatologist and do not delay the visit as untreated acne can cause dark spots or permanent scars .
