I have been under medication for last few years for acne and now my skin is very sensitive and easily prone to acne so that I want a permanent treatment for open pores and oily skin.

Hello, there are many options for treating acne and open pores. Since you say that your skin has been rendered sensitive due to previous treatments i would strongly advice you to visit a Dermatologist who will be able to chalk out a treatment plan best suited to your skin.
