Oil usage for cook
Recently have seen many post roaming around in what's app related for oil using cook. Post speaks refined oils are not good for health and also  oil are refined from underground chemicals so they have advised to use our traditional cold pressed oil . so my doubt s are 1. Is that really making from underground ? 2. Shall i go for cold pressed oil ? 3. My mom was kidney donor shall we use cold pressed oil ? 4. Is that cold pressed oils are really good for health? 5. Generally cold pressed ground net oil have rich in colostral ? Is that cause increase in BP ? 6.these Post are promotion for sales of cold pressed oil ?

All type of oils have same calories n each have its unique quality so use it minimum n keep changing every mnth . For ex Kachi ghani mustard oil olive oil coconut oil can be used alternately . Cold pressed options r gud .
