Oesthoartiritis both knee joints damaged
My mom is suffering from this problem since last 3 years, even trying medications from so many doctors the result is zero. I have decided to go for viscosupplimentations. Searching for doctors who provide this.

Viscosupplementation works when there is sufficient amount of cartilage.  If the joint is worn out then it is unlikely to be of much benefit or the benefit will be short term.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

You should visit a reputed hospital or orthopaedic surgeon who do the procedure. Viscosupplemntation is a medical procedure during which lubricating fluid is injected into a joint. Also called hyaluronic acid injections or hyaluronan injections,it is most commonly used to treat symptoms of symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. Regards & take care.
