Generally we start sertraline from 50mg and go up to 200 , sometimes 250 - depending upon response and side effects.
The moderate dose will vary from person to person but will be between these two ends.

The dose of medication depends on the severity of illness and responses. For OCD sertraline 100 can be tried first then as per response can be increased upto 300.
Then augmentation with aripirazol or Risperidone
