OCD PROBLEM SOME QUERY WHICH I NEED KNOW
Sir I have ocd and I got it know 4year ago, and I gone through medication for 1 year on and off then and through counsellig for 1 and half year but my psychologist went abroad so could not continue it. now I have not much anxieties but steal have time wasting thoughts and some others symptoms of ocd. I read in internet that I should live with anxiety that may increase my tolerance level. So should I repeatedly provoke myself for any okward thinking ? or only by work I can increase my anxieties? pls tell me

I cannot suggest u to live with provoking thoughts to increase tolerance.To increase tolerance other good methods are there ,consult with counselling psychologist.
