I have ocd(of cleaning and washing type) since 3 yrs and I have been on medication since then but it has no effect. Also I have deficiency of vitamin D.Will physiotherapy help in this?

In OCD usually response comes after high doses are given . Ask your psychiatrist to optimise the doses of med. There is no role of physiotherapy. But definitely a role of psychotherapy here.

I can understand your concern.
OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder.
Its a psychiatric illness. And psychiatric related medicines will be of help in this.
Physiotherapy is for musculoskeletal related things.
For deficiency of vit D3 take supplements and get enough sun exposure daily. Consult a psychiatrist in person
