OCD(OBESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER)
Hi sir ,
I have OCD diagnosed by a psychiatrist 2 year back,I was on sertraline,then changed to fluoxetine and lastly I took paroxetine,last year end I discontinued taking drug because of the side effects,now the symptoms become more worse and have social anxiety too...help me

Only medicine cant control ur OCD.u have to go through a complete counselling sessions by a good psychologist or counselor.
To improve in mental disorders u have to reduce ur mental pressure and have to channelise it.
Never give up,as soon as possible gobfor counselling with proper medicine.
