OCD attack
I get so many random negative thoughts in mind that is making my OCD worse amd causing me anxiety.Reading things on internet make me fear and my brain automatically applies those symptoms on me which i read on internet.I try to ignore these thoughts but i cannot ignore it for more than 1 minute.What should i do as this problem is making me feel very worse.

If you are on medications it needs to be adjusted or else if you don't want medications or doesn't want to increase them then it is better to start therapy sessions for OCD. Whatever you want it needs to be prompt.
