Ocd anxiety and insomnia
Hello I am facing obsessive thoughts constantly.songs keep playing in my head all the time and IAM unable to stop them. This has resulted in increased anxiety and insomnia.Please help

Hello, If the thoughts are repetitive, not under your control, causing distress so much that its hampering your day to day life then you might have OCD. It may worsen over time. OCD can affect anyone and it can be treated with medication and behavior therapy.
