Dear Sir
It may take upto 1-2 weeks for any medicines to show its effect. Since resque was started jyst 2 days back, I will recommend that you continue the medicine and wait for at least a week. Still of your symptoms are not relieved or have increased have a discussion with your psychiatrist and review the medication.
Thanks

Hello,
The medication dosage need to be increased seeing tolerability and efficacy. If after taking for 20 days at therapeutic dose there is no improvement then the medication should change. Discuss with your psychiatrist regarding the same. In the beginning of treatment you may need small dose benzodiazepines for controlling anxiety.
