Sir is only serotonin decrease in severe OCD or some another neurotransmitter like norepinephrine or dopamine are decreased in severe ocd

There is no particular Neurotransmitter involved. There could be imbalance of dopamine, serotonin, glutamate , norepinephrine etc. But most extensively studied is Serotonin.
