Occasional shortness of breath
For 4 to 5 days i have been experiencing shortness of breath and it feels like my chest is heavy, i am an asthamatic but I've been fine for 3 to 4 years with only mild attacks once a month.my inhalers help a little but not fully. I tried to read online what could have been the problem and my symptoms are similar to acute bronchitis . Although i don't have much cough i have a Little mucus production but that also is very less. Overall my chest feels congested and it's been improving by taking care of what i eat . I would like to have a doctors opinion on this and advice as how to proceed forward.

It could be exacerbation of your Bronchial Asthma,  also you may have infection and gastritis too... you need proper check up  by pulmonologist .Some tests like CBC,  PFT, chest xray has to be done.. you will have a very good response so consult at earliest..till you consult in person continue your inhalers if prescribed previously
