Occasional constipation, occasional mild abdominal discomfort, and ocassional anal bleeding (red not black)
Through the span of the last 6 months there has been maybe 5-6 bleedings.
I just discovered what could be a small external polyp after a bowel movement with bleeding.
The bleeding is not in the stool, I believe it is coming directly from the anus.
In the past 2 weeks I have had mild abdominal discomfort that has lasted a while and then went away without a bowel movement.
I am afraid it could be cancer but I am only 18 years of age. Please help (I have a picture of the small could-be polyp

You need to undergo complete Clinical examination including proctoscopic examination. Most of the time the cause of bleeding is piles or fistula, but malignancy has to be ruled out. Please consult me privately online for more information.
