Hello dear, I can empathize with you..I know medications does cause side effects in many individuals either idiosyncratically or dose related...But always there is option to change the meds tolerable by the patient...The reason I am telling you this is because the evidence in support of effective treatment for OCD is for Medications and Therapy i.e exposure and response prevention...So you can opt for Therapy if meds not tolerable..As for ayurvedic medicine no idea and no evidence .. you can search yourself...I hope it helps you... regards
