Hi I am unable to loose weight.... I go on diets but once diet is done I tend to gain Weight. .... I often feel very hungry. .... recently I had all my tests done all came to normal. .... what should I do?

Loosing weight is a life style modification. In order to loose and maintain your weight ,you need to follow a food plan which is closer to your routine lifestyle which can be follow able after reduction. I suggest you to follow a food plan with regular exercise after getting your blood parameters checked for proper guidance
