I'm 20 yrs old and weigh 103 kgs.. My dad and mom are also fat ..i don't have thyroid issues or diabetes... My lifestyle is sedentary and used to eat more meat rice and sweets... My ht is 165cm...pls help me

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
