Obesity in pregnancy can can lead to many complications like high BP, Gestational diabetes etc. For which we recommend to optimize the body weight or any medical condition before planning for pregnancy. Any ways since u are now pregnant its better to embrace the pregnancy. Focus on balanced diet and regular antenatal checkups.
