Hello I understand ur concern,pcos is very nagging problem now a days although very common
According to me u need to follow proper balanced diet and right nutrition to combat this disease and moreover you should avoid foods like cauliflower,cabbage,broccoli etc strictly to stop cyst formation in your ovaries
