I hav gained weight after my pregnancy . Taking ayurvedic medicine for weightloss its not working how can i reduce my weight .since i hav 1 yr child i culdnt do exercise .

Exercise in only one of the aspects of weight loss. Home based exercises are good alternatives that can be included with an appropriate diet plan to help u with weight loss. If you are able to find e1-2 short 15-20 mins slots , will also do.
