I have a sedentary lifestyle at work i.e. corporate job . So can you please suggest me a diet plan and exercise regime to lose weight from 86 kg to somewhere around 75kg .

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. , .Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat , you have to be active ,you should burn calories you take otherwise it gets deposited under skin. So choose your food carefully.
