Over weight has resulted into too many problems.i have heavy tummy upper n lower severe knee pains and ankle pains due to which iam unable to concentrate on either work or at home.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for detailed diet plan

Obesity and overweight are lifestyle diseases not only restrict your daily routine but also effects your health in many ways. You need to focus on calorie negative balance b6 reducing calorie intake and increasing calorie output. Keep proper hydration and make yourself stressfree. Do some regular physical activity of your choice to burn at least 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg every month. Beside this cut down your calories from food by avoiding high fat,high carbs,high calorie foods and avoid carbs in dinner as well as restrict during the days also. Keep proper hydration. Sleep well to make yourself stressfree and help hormonal balance.
