Nytol Persistent Use
I started taking Nytol (Diphenhydramine) around 5 years ago. I've been taking between 10 and 12 50mg tablets EVERY night over that period. I worry about the effects this may have on my health etc. Could you please let me know how risky this is and if any major damage may have been done?
