If the patients constitution is calc carb and he does-not have any chronic trouble then why would he require chronic medicine? If patients constitution is calc carb and he has any chronic trouble of gastritis then calc carb should cure his gastritis. If patients constitution is calc carb and he has acute trouble of gastritis which calls for nux vomica then nux vomica should cure his acute issues and you can keep calc carb for chronic gastric troubles.
