Do not self medicate, it can be harmful. Please seek medical help immediately. Consult an expert Homeopathic physician asap. There can be psychological changes after delivery...PPD. Need to rule out. Even psychological issues can lead to constipation. You need an expert Homeopathic physician who is a good psychologist.

Health Tips
A diet to alleviate constipation typically includes: 1.High-Fiber Foods: Aim for 20-35 grams of fiber daily from sources such as: a.Whole grains (brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread) b.Fruits (apples, pears, berries, prunes) Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, leafy greens) c.Legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas) 2.Adequate Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, aiming for at least 8 glasses. Fluids help fiber work more efficiently. 3.Probiotic-Rich Foods: Include yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and other fermented foods to promote healthy gut bacteria. 4.Healthy Fats: Incorporate sources of healthy fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil to help lubricate the intestines. 5.Regular Meals: Eating small, frequent meals can help maintain regular bowel movements. Avoiding excessive intake of processed foods, dairy products, and red meat can also help prevent constipation. Regular physical activity is also beneficial for maintaining healthy bowel movements.
