Hello yaa sure Breakfast you can easily manage there are so many nutritional items that you can incorporate in your diet ... Take a banana shake with almonds and pistacho and for breakfast you can incorporate some cereals like oats and milk with some fruits and if you eat egg boiled egg is the best option if available with ease ... Need more detail about your daily routine, Height , weight and your medical history. Don’t skip your meals have something healthy during the snacks time like fruit , buttermilk, coconut water. Maintain 2-3 hours meal gap. During the breakfast you can take cornflakes with milk, oats milk, muesli milk, toast milk. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Include walk and exercise in you routine.
