Numbness/tingling in my hands frequently
I am getting a numbness or tingling feeling in my right hand even when i am doing small stuff. Last 2-3 days I felt severe pain in my right hand from shoulder to 'right above my palm starts' and numbness in my palm while I was sleeping. That time I got up and kept my hand down in vertical position for sometime and the pain started decreasing. After this I am feeling the numbness or tingling feeling frequently. If typing something in the laptop for few minutes, holding mobile for few minutes and when sleeping this happens.

This problem could relate with Neuro and vascular conditions. The way you are describing the condition is more pointing towards a vascular problem. Compression of a vessel supplying your hand might be a cause to this problem. This requires investigation. It's better to visit a general surgeon for evaluation.
