I am diabetic and have thyroid which is recently diagnosed.
I had coffee - cold brew last night at 8:30ish - 9ish after 3 months.
After that i had tingling pins and needles feeling in my left arm... Mainly palm. But no pain or anything else.
I have a left shoulder pain since 2 days... Nerve pull.
I was restless and anxious whole night couldn't sleep. Am i to worry? WhT to do?
