Well yes recently the cases of co existence of hormonal problens have increased...si I would suggest you to get evaluated for sugars also once in 6 month and in case of symptoms like increased urine, giddeness, mouth dryness, weight loss...consult a physician soon... thank you
Hi there...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated...fallow these lifestyle modifications you will be fine.
