Numbness in left hand
When i carry my backpacks weight (4-5 kg), i feel a little numbness in my left hand from shoulder to palm within 10-15 minutes.

Hi first thing that u should avoid backbag uses. If necessary then shift it on right shoulder. It may be due to nerve compression in cervical vertebrae. For that x ray ll be helpful. Also Cunsult with Ortho or u can go to Physiotherapist near by u. Physiotherapist ll suggest u some exs & some modalities like Int.traction,TENS ll jelp u a lot for permanent solution.
