Numbness in knees
I have had slight numbness in both of my knees for the last two hours. I have tried walking and stretching, but the problem has continued. I do suffer from frequent knee cap dislocations, but I have not injured my either knee in several months. Not sure what is wrong. Thanks.

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged
