Numbness in hands and arms
I am having nerve damage to my hands and sometimes total numbness occurs i am worried can it cause permanent nerve damage die to cervical and neck pain

You should consult a physiotherapist otherwise symptoms will worsen.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may require) +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /travelling /driving /computer work /table work +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting +correct posture +use cervical collar.
