Numbness in both legs
My legs go numb sometimes. It is not frequent. It happens occasionally. Should I get it checked ? Or is this normal ?

Following investigations to be done 1) FBS 2) Vit B12 level 3) Vit D3 level 4) Thorough foot examination      to rule out peripheral neuropathy or PAD After investigations you can be advised any medicine, diet or exercise

If FBS is high consult a Diabetologist and go for thorough foot examination If Vit B12 or Vit D3 high take Vit B12 or Vit D 3 tablets or  supplements after doctors advice
