Recently, I’ve noticed that my right hand becomes numb for about 30 seconds every morning, along with a slight pinching sensation and mild pain. This has been happening for the last 1 month, and it usually occurs only in the mornings.
The numbness and pinching are specifically in my index and middle fingers.
I consulted multiple doctors and even got MRI scans of my shoulder, spine, and brain, but all the reports came back normal. The doctors said there’s nothing concerning in the reports, but I still don’t know what’s causing this, and it’s stressing me out day by day.
I’ve also observed something new recently:
If I bend my head forward, the pinching sensation increases, and when I tilt my head backward, the sensation goes away. I can literally feel the sensation appear and disappear when I move my head up and down, but moving my head left or right doesn’t affect it.
I’m not sure what to do next.
