Numbess and tingling

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have a stiff numbness and tingling in my head espicially at forehead , occiput and besides that i feel burning and numb at my leg and arm. I used to pulpitating, it make me so nervous. Please help me. It make me feel fatigue sonetimes.
