Nuhenz tablet during breast feeding

Hi, my wife is having a vitamin b12 deficiency (118pg/ml). We have a 1 year old baby and she is breastfeeding. She started to take nuhenz(for vitamin b12 deficiency) and it's been 10 days. Is it safe to take nuhenz cap while breastfeeding? If not, which tablet is recommended?
