Consult a psychiatrist, there has to be a detailed discussion on what problems happened in the past and which medication was taken. Sometimes stress triggers psychological problems.
Next Steps
medication and counselling will help.

Please elaborate on what psychological problems she had in the past and what treatment she had for that ?any medication? Is she still taking medication? Contact local COVID helpline and they would provide course of medication for COVID . From your description i can note she has ongoing issues. Combination of medication and Psychotherapy have good results in most of psychological conditions.

It looks like she has a mental problem of recurring nature which is precipitated by stressors. In the past she had improved with treatment and she should improve this time also if she takes consultation and treatment. Pls consult a Psychiatrist and take advice at the earliest
